How it started

Socials to Social began as an idea on my heart in November 2024 — one I was too nervous to say out loud. I remember telling my mom about it over Thanksgiving and sitting on it for months before finally finding the confidence to bring it to life.

At its core, the idea came from my own story of moving to Raleigh alone. It was really hard — finding my place, making real friends, and feeling like I belonged. I started sharing pieces of that journey on TikTok — my digital diary — where I talked honestly about what it was like to start over in a new city. That content unexpectedly connected me with so many others who had also moved to Raleigh solo.

While I was still working full-time in real estate, I found myself helping people relocate and find community — all for free — simply because I wanted to give them the kind of support I wished I’d had when I first got here. I had zero experience in the event industry and never saw myself in that world, but the idea kept tugging at me. So, I just started. And that spark turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

The first event

Crowd of people gathered in a bar or club decorated with American patriotic theme, including a large American flag, neon signs, and a star logo. People are enjoying drinks and socializing.

The very first Socials to Social event was hosted at Uncle Jessie’s in Raleigh — and it sold out in 36 hours with 200 people. I posted about it organically on TikTok, and it took off.

The energy that night was unreal — people showed up excited, open, and ready to meet others. You could literally feel the room buzzing. The vibes were so good that people were going out to dinner & grabbing drinks together afterward. The feedback was immediate and overwhelming — everyone wanted to know when the next one was. That was the moment I knew this wasn’t just an event — it was the start of a movement.

The momentum

After that first night, I felt something I’d never felt before — a sense of higher purpose, like this was exactly what I was meant to be doing. Every event since has carried that same energy.

Within just a few months, brands like Red Bull and the Carolina Hurricanes reached out, and the momentum became undeniable. That’s when I made my first hire — the start of what would grow into a small but mighty team helping me build something much bigger than myself.

Socials to Social quickly became more than a brand — it became a movement centered on real connection, community, and culture.

where we are today

Today, Socials to Social brings people together through monthly series and curated pop-ups that feel fresh, intentional, and full of good energy.

Each experience is designed to break down the barriers of typical events — where you can show up as yourself, connect naturally, and leave feeling inspired, seen, and part of something bigger.

We stand for authenticity, connection, and creating experiences that move people.

where its going

The vision continues to evolve — and that’s the beauty of it. What started as one event has grown into a movement that keeps unfolding in ways we couldn’t have imagined.

Every event, sponsorship, partnership, and connection shapes what comes next. The impact is already clear: friendships formed, communities built, and stories still being written.

We’re growing with intention, staying grounded in what matters most — connection, culture, and community — while letting the next chapter unfold naturally.
